Rev. Josh Sweeden, Ph.D., is Nazarene Theological Seminary Associate Professor of Church and Society and will assume responsibilities as Dean of the Faculty July 2017. Prior to NTS he taught at George Fox Evangelical Seminary, Eastern Nazarene College, and Boston University. His teaching and scholarship is in practical theology, Wesleyan ecclesiology and ethics, and contemporary theology. Josh is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene and has served in various capacities from compassionate ministries to local churches.
